Mailing Labels - Cheshire 4-UP

4-across paper labels produced on continuous forms, 44 to a page, which are ungummed and unperforated. Each label measures 3.44" x 1" and print area is 28 characters. Can be affixed ONLY by a Cheshire labeling machine, not by hand.

Mailing Labels - Pressure Sensitive ("peel & stick")

These labels peel off a wax backing and stick on envelopes, and can be hand or machine affixed. Dimensions: 3.2" x .92" and typically used for small projects or in-house mailings.

Telemarketing List

One record per line, approximately 50 lines per page. A standard list will include name, address and telephone number. You can include other information (including SIC, sales volume, number of employees, age, income, etc.) to make your calling efforts more effective by having background info on your prospect.

Telemarketing Lead Cards

3"x5" index card stock. One record plus all available information (similar to Telemarketing List above) on each card.

Computer Diskette/Compact Disc CD

This format allows you go generate mailing labels and personalized letters. Disks are IBM compatible on 3.5" disk with ASCII file in a delimited or fixed field text format. Each disk contains approximately 5,000 records.

Magnetic Tape

9-track, 1600 BPI or 9-track, 6250 BPI. Please specify any format other than these. Can be rented for one-time use or purchased for unlimited use during one year.

Email Format

Comes as an attachment to your message. Text file in a ascii delimited or fixed field format. Similiar to diskette format above.
