We can accept incoming data on a variety of formats, below we have listed a few common forms - please feel free to contact your account manager for further information.

Preferred Method:

E-mail - please send an email with file as an attachment

FTP – Log In To Our FTP Site

• Files should be zipped or compressed to speed the process.
• Please try to include required data only
• Include layout whenever possible.
• Do not compress fields on export.

File Format:

Preferred Comma Delimited – Many programs can export or save as CSV or Comma Delimited.
Looks like this = > "name", "company" ,"address","city", "state", "zip"

Other File Formats

Dbase, Fixed Width, Microsoft Office, Lotus, Many More!

Magnetic Tapes
- 9 Track 1600 or 6250 Data Tape with Label
